HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CREATE MY SITE?

The vast majority of sites take 8-12 weeks to complete. This is a target timeline and in no way a guarantee. Why is that? We offer UNLIMITED REVISIONS to guarantee satisfaction. You won’t find this from almost any agency. Congrats on hitting the jackpot! The only downside is these revisions can and does increase timeline the more they are used. Our 8-12 weeks date is based on 2-3 rounds of revisions, but again, you can use as many as you like! Another common time sucker is copywriting. We aren’t writers and ask our clients to be prepared with their text beforehand or be ready to write once we get started. Our UX planning stage will really help you outline what info you need to provide. Ultimately, the faster the writing is provided and designs are approved on your end, the faster your site is completed.

WILL YOU WRITE THE CONTENT FOR MY SITE?

Unfortunately, no. We’ve found that we cannot offer cost effective writing and encourage our clients to create their copy internally or contact one of our professional writing partners here.

WHAT IF I DO NOT WANT PROXY TO HOST MY SITE?

No problem! Migrating your new site to a hosting provider of your choice is included at no additional cost. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the same server up time and site speeds for sites hosted elsewhere. If you need help choosing a provider, please see a list of hosts we like here.

DO YOU ONLY MAKE ELEMENTOR WEBSITES?

Of course! WordPress sites account for half of all sites, and Elementor is the #1 page builder for WordPress with 4 million active installs for a reason. Never deal with shady template authors and horrible non-intuitive editing again. Once your site is ready, you’ll find Elementor is so simple to use, anyone can do it! Best of all, it’s open source just like WordPress itself, so you never have to worry about Elementor not keeping up with WordPress updates and crashing like many themes do. Plus, fun new features are being added almost every week!

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?

50% payment up front and 50% when you’re thrilled with your new site. We offer no BS, what you-see is what you get pricing. We never tack on hidden fees, but outside service integrations like mailchimp, calendly, etc, may charge you a small monthly fee to use their services. We wish they were free too!

We offer one month of free, premium managed hosting after your site is launched. Once your three months are over, managed hosting is billed monthly.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY SITE DESIGN? HOW MANY REVISIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Our sites include UNLIMITED REVISIONS. You heard right. Unlimited. Our process is built based on years of experience, to bring out a site that is both beautiful and highly functional for your business. We are your creative Proxy.

CAN YOU FINISH A PARTIALLY MADE WEBSITE FOR ME?

Unfortunately, no. Our process is pretty comprehensive and isn’t broken into pieces. We can use the text and any relevant images, but structurally, we would need to start from the beginning in order to guarantee the same level of quality our customers have come to expect.

HOW DO I EDIT MY NEW SITE?

You’ll love how easy it is to use your new Elementor website. Your new site’s dashboard will include training videos showing you exactly how to edit the text and images of each page, make new blog posts, add new products, and even add new pages using the existing pages as templates! It’s WordPress as it was meant to be… fun and easy!

WILL YOU SIGN AN NDA?

Sure! Generally, we reserve the right to display projects in our portfolio, so if there is a need for privacy, please let us know right away and we’ll work it into our contract and sign your agreement as well.
